This week has been one of a pure disaster. I had plans, important meetings and social events to attend and even outfits chosen for each occassion that was until it happend….
I have never had a Kidney Infection before – turns out they are rediclously painful and turn you in to an 80 year old woman who needs someone to help her from one side of the room to another never mind cross the street! To say it was bad timing would be an understatement, due to being bed ridden across five days I missed – the Glasgow School of Art Fashion Show, The Debenhams S/S13 Press Show and an event which I was looking forward to for quite a while – the Rev Reunion! Alas, the Kidney would not allow me to do anything so I am keeping fingers, toes and organs crossed that I will be fit enough to make this tomorrow…
Inspired by Glasgow Born Painter Heather Nevay. Saunt and Sinner’s first collection is a homage to luxurious fabrics, beautiful textures, and expressive pattern cutting. I have been admiring Bee Wait’s Saunt and Sinner Scarf for some time now! These will be available on the night so I may have to cheer myself up if I make it there alive!

It is so refreshing that they are putting on a non guestlist or ticketed event, everyone is invited to see what kind of beautiful wears the talented duo will have on offer. Doors are at 7.30pm within the Corinthian Club Basement on Ingram Street and will feature a flash show at 8pm. Most importantly, it is completely free so you can make a nice wee evening of it sipping on a cocktail or three. Or in my case – a wee bru.

The evening will also be an exclusive preview of ‘The Broken Doll’ a film by local talent Jamie Vincent Gillespie which will give you an understanding of the brand and the stunning new collection. I have seen a few of Jamie’s films in the past and he has an amazing talent in projecting a mood into a film. A match made in heaven if you ask me! Hope to see you (and myself!) there tomorrow!
