Hutchesons Summer Brunch Party.

It’s true what they say, “brunch without bubbles is just a sad breakfast” and this applies even more when talking about our favourite city centre hotspot Hutchesons, and their Summer Party Series. Since the sun has been rather absent this summer, it’s about brightening up your weekend with more than just a sunny side up. This is when brunch got oh so bubbly!

If you’ve already made brunch plans for Saturday and Sunday, then I really must bow down and crown you Queen of the Weekend — seriously, I can’t compete with that anymore! But I can, however, tip you off to something you’ll probably want to add to this Sunday’s early afternoon agenda: Hutchesons Summer Party Series,` the fashionable Sunday brunch party at our Ingram Street favourite featuring bounds of Veuve Clicquot, maple glazed pop corn and oh, a tailored three course brunch while your favourite summer tunes blast!

This party is strictly for those who like to do just that — party and the penultimate of the Summer on Sunday is no exception! Each fancy ticketholder will be treated to another sumptuous 3 course brunch – carefully curated by Hutchesons chef of course – bottles(s) of Veuve as well as dining in possibly one of the most stunning rooms in Glasgow. Will it be an extension of your Saturday night escapades? Entirely possible. But who can deny the allure of combining breakfast, lunch, and a night out? Well I suppose even a hangover wouldn’t keep me away from this orange delight!

So what does one wear for fashionable brunching? I say breakfast foods are best enjoy comfortable, so what better to wear than a full fry up donned in. pyjamas?! Yes, technically I am wearing lounge wear (and a glittery fried egg) to what is one of Glasgow’s most luxurious restaurants, but no Karen Mabon would be wasted lying in bed! Especially when the print matches the party after all!
