If anything makes me more willing to brave the chilly Scottish Autumn \u2013 OK Winter \u2013 it\u2019s my new camel coat.\u00a0Serious question, is there anything chicer than a camel coat? The answer is no. In the right cut, finish and tone, a good camel coat can do more to class up your outfit\u00a0than a spin through\u00a0Burberry. Lucky I got this beauty from Missguided <\/a>and for me it\u2019s an A\/W wardrobe essential.<\/h2>\n

When I was collaborating with Missguided on their Glasgow Guide<\/a>, I was asked to pick an outfit perfect for a stroll around the city. \u00a0I find building outfits online somewhat challenging without trying on so I try to take key pieces \u2013 often accessories \u2013 and build around them. In this case I knew a camel coat was on top of my list.\u00a0Camel is a colour that just makes everything look expensive. Pair it with navys, grey, blacks or in this case greens and blues for it to take everything up a luxe level. Although the coat is wool, it is buttonless so I needed something warm to keep the chill at bay. I found this cashmere cornflower blue polo neck at one of my local faves \u2013 Glad Rags Glasgow \u2013 for just \u00a32.75, that\u2019s right, old school charity shop pricing! Not only was it an absolute steal, it literally feels like a fluffy cloud and all the money goes the Glad Foundation<\/a> in the South Side. I have found myself get more and more drawn to hats since the cold kicked in. I feel like it completely transforms your look from average to seventies or even safari in one swoop. Hats are EVERYWHERE at the moment, it is just about finding the right one for you \u2013 FYI \u2013 never ever let me wear a bowler.\u00a0\u00a0This wee number is from Primark, I love black and navy together and completed my unusual colour combo perfectly.
