This weekend is the long anticipated launch of the oh so exciting Edinburgh International Fashion Festival<\/a>. For the next two weekends (19th \u2013 28th of July)\u00a0the most handsome couple in fashion (The Freemantle\u2019s obv.)\u00a0are presenting runways shows, exhibitions, gala parties and talks in some of the most unique and beautiful venues the city. Are you apart of the who\u2019s who? No? Well get on it then!<\/p>\n

\"523988_323867421035931_1201908350_n\"<\/a>The opening Gala will showcase the Clements Ribeiro<\/a> A\/W 13 collection within the jaw droppingly beautiful Mansfield Traquair<\/a>. With an original musical score by Marty Hailey (award winning composer\u00a0 for television, documentary and theatre)\u00a0and followed by an after-party in the same venue.\u00a0\u00a0Can you get more lah dee for your da?!<\/p>\n

The Clements Ribeiro<\/a> A\/W collection is definitely one which caught my eye in February. The distinct Wally Tile<\/a> esque prints, pointed collars, cashmere and erm\u2026 kilts actually give a slight nod to Scotland without even bending towards a stereotype \u2013 tough job when using kilts!\u00a0They managed to keep the collection a nice balance of Sporty yet feminine which\u00a0is also difficult\u00a0to attain. \u00a0Here are a few of my favourite looks from the runway, pass me some silver brogues please\u2026.<\/p>\n
