This weekend, Betty met with her fellow one dressers for a well deserved catch up with tea and some of the best cake that Glasgow has to offer. Where else could we be but Once Upon a Tart<\/a>?<\/h2>\n

This is what happens when Rainbow Bright meets Powdered Suger<\/a> and an Awkward Goff<\/a> in a world full of cake and tea (otherwise known as buttered cream heaven). We had so much to catch up on! New jobs, promotions, Christian Slater (pre reptilia) and of course our one dress problems. We\u00a0all seem to be having the same sort of issues – what outfits do you save?! What if you dont leave your bed?! The over washing is bobbling the fabric! These issues were brushed over when the cake arrived. Then it really was all about cake.<\/p>\n

After leaving the girls in somewhat of a cake-coma<\/a>, I got back to Swollock mansions to give the ol’ Barnet a tangerine top up. I’m quite lucky on the hair front. I used to bleach my hair so it always washes out into this peachy dip dye which I actually really like. I only dye it every two months or so to try and keep its condition, and to avoid that build up which can make the colour look pretty dull. Tonight, me and the wife were turning 19 for the second time and hitting up our old favourite haunt – The Cathouse. Now, how do you make this one dress Catty ready? Well, with a bit of leather of course….<\/p>\n

DAY 9: (Outfit 2) Dress H&M | Leather Crop Top Urban Outfitters (sale \u00a35) | Glitter Boots ASOS (\u00a318 sale)<\/p>\n

I always find it so strange that I can never remember the names of songs, album names and sometimes even bands that I love, but yet it seems as if i know every lyric to most emo songs penned in the last ten years…well if they were played at Rev that is…So, keeping within the spirit of reliving those magical years, me and the wife took our roady and walked it down to the Cathouse and were for once, quite happy to get ID’d from the bouncers who let us in underage all those 10 years ago….<\/p>\n

Freshly died barnet and unconvincing “I’m Sober'” faces from me and the wife.<\/p>\n

The next morning, I was written off. Bed ridden. Broken. With nothing but litres of irn bru and square sausage keeping me alive, being 19 is pure\u00a0tough second time around!<\/p>\n
