For years I have watched my friends run miles and climb mountains to help charities close to their hearts. Through my job I have helped support many charities throughout the years but yet to help one which is very close to my heart \u2013 Sane<\/a>. SANE<\/a> is a UK-wide charity working to improve quality of life for people affected by mental illness. They have three main objectives: 1. To raise awareness and combat stigma about mental illness, educating and campaigning to improve mental health services 2. To provide care and emotional support for people with mental health problems, their families and carers as well as information for other organisations and the public 2. To initiate research into the causes and treatments of serious mental illness such as anxiety, schizophrenia and depression and the psychological and social impact of mental illness. It’s a cause really close to my heart and would love if you could spare even a few pounds to help me raise as much money and awareness for such an important charity.
