For the second year in a row, House of Fraser has, once more, shown its support of home-grown Scottish talent by asking five of our favourite Scottish designers to host their very own pop-up shops, just in time for Commonwealth! What’s more? Each designer has made an exclusive product designed especially for the collaboration. I’m a sucker for some limited edition!

hof Available in House of Fraser, Glasgow from 17th July- 4th August, ‘Bringing Fashion Home’ includes some incredible Scottish Design old and new to the HOF concept. One collab I can’t wait to get my hands on is the Rebecca Torres and Georgia Wiseman ladies collection. I have many pieces from both designers so the fact they are putting their talented heads together is something I am more than on-board with! rebecca and georgiarebecca torres It is really exciting that HOF have extended the Scottish Design Showcase to the accessories and menswear departments as well as womanswear. With Georgia Wiseman debuting her collection in the jewellery hall and Alan Moore – Ten30 – shaking up menswear, there is plenty to see and do while your shopping in HOF these next few weeks. ten30 Another designer making her way into the Accessories department is Edinburgh favourite Karen Mabon. You will have heard me mention her many times as I pretty much suqeal via every form of social media as soon as she releases something new. Not only is she bringing her Spring Summer collection just round the corner from Prada, but

she has also designed an exclusive Glasgow scarf with all the things we know and love about this beautiful city. Cone heads, bru, music, the lot is on there, signed, boxed and limited edition. It really would make the perfect gift for someone – if you are prepared to give it away that is! logokmkmglasgow I mentioned that I have been a complete fangirl of Karen’s work since I first laid my four eyes on her a few years back. Her fun off beat reference to all things pop culture and Americana never stops to make me swoon so when she asked me to come help her celebrate the new collaboration I was already popping the prosecco! photo 1 (8)photo 2 (6)photo 3 (6)

The theme is “Which Scarf Are You?” where I will be joined with my best girls and fellow bloggers Bee Waits and Honey Pop Kisses to help you style your scarf. With mini makeovers from Benefit (remember how good I said that new eyeliner is?!) and drinks flowing, come help us celebrate our home-grown talent being showcased in Glasgow’s finest Department Store. We will be on the Karen Mabon stand in the Accessories Hall from 12pm – 4pm this Saturday 27th of July. Will we be seeing you there? forever yours betty
